Two, *it is never "registered in the public".* *therefore These instruments cannot appear in a court.* This is why no judge will sign the document the court hold no subject matter nor jurisdiction, in these matters. This needs to be highly exposed. If it was brought into court, the judge would see that it is not registered, and would claim he has no subject matter jurisdiction over the claim.
Worth knowing - GDPR says you can make a data subject request ‘verbally, or in writing, and to any member of staff’. If you hand him a card with an email address on and simply ask for a copy, he has to provide the footage ‘with no undue delay, and certainly no later than 30 days’, and they have to blur everyone else out first. If they fail to do that, you have a right to compensation under Article 82. If they refuse to take your request, that’s also a fail and you have a right to compensation too.

A Warrant must be served by hand too the householder, not hidden from, and not read out by a bailiff, served, with a named judge and seal of the court. A County Court would not issue 1 because they would be liable, a Magistrates buildings name is not applicable, and must have a name of issuing judge. They won't hand the warrant over as that is the fraud taking* place, and that why they'll never give you it personally by hand, usual excuse is its on a tablet, and an 'uttering' at best.
Out of interest what is the supposed reason for this eviction? I don't owe any debts, but I did once, over 20 years ago, (very small amount on an overdraft). It was technically written off because it shouldn't have happened in first place. Thing is.. the debt companies, cockroaches as they are, try to re-activate the debt by ringing you up and coercing you into activating it again, using threatening language and trying to trick you; IF you start to repay that debt, it automatically becomes LIVE again!!! IF you get harassed by debt collectors or bailiffs or anyone, just refuse to agree to ANY demands.
