When a scammer connected to my PC, I was able to reverse their connection and discover that they had CCTV. You're going to see the most detailed exposé of a tech support scam ever seen on TH-cam. The company were called Faremart.com - A travel agency in Delhi who use their buildings and VOIP telephony to run various scams. They are one of hundreds of scam call centres in India and this one group will make over $3 million per year with scams.

Pretty sure these are. The sheer amount of information and video/audio evidence that is presented is remarkably in-depth. I find it to be extremely difficult to fabricate all this and one would have to be really dedicated to fabricate this. All-in-all, this is most likely legitimate.

I remember my mother and her siblings constantly having to explain to my grandfather how these scams worked. He was lucky enough to never fall for one and now that his dementia has worsened he no longer knows how to operate a phone or computer and has 24/7 nursing care. To take advantage of an old man in cognitive decline is just so sick. You do a lot of good here.

I once was looking for a place to rent because I was homeless and I found this nice place (was a scam) and I explained to the “owner” that I’m very poor and I hope it’s not a scam and he said “ma’am I would never scam you” anyways he wanted $900 for the first month rent but I realized it was a scam cuz I reverse searched the images and then confronted him about it and he got mad. Even after explaining to him that I’m homeless and don’t have much money he still tried to scam me. People are just rude

One time I got a call from a scammer and he was like “hello, this is so and so tech supposed and it’s come to our attention that your computer may have a virus” and I was just like “I don’t have a computer” and then he straight up just hung up on me lol

I just couldn’t be a scammer. As soon as I feel an emotional connection with my victim I’d be compelled to either come clean or end the call after assuring them all is well.

@@helloworld9730 well their intentions are to make money and they don't care about hurting disabled people, it's possible for smart people to still end up doing terrible things. Logical people sometimes forget about emotions completely.
Sociopaths are generally pretty smart people, while they also find it difficult to understand other people's feelings and instead they use logic to see what's best for only them. I am not saying these Indian scammers are smart, (possibly the ones that run the whole operation, who are most likely sociopaths) but sociopaths, though smart, would do seemingly extremely unethical things to achieve their own goals. They do not see error in their action and do not have any remorse, as they are born this way usually. I'm not justifying their actions in any way, but what I'm saying is that smart people can still be very unethical, at they could be sociopaths.

I literally feel the same way . J B is one of the best narrators while also being so dedicated to this cause for virtually no payback (notwithstanding youtube adsense revenue etc.) Some youtubers just call them and prank them which is good as in keeping them busy from real victims but as far as actually making a difference JB is the only one on TH-cam. And Karl Rock is just a special agent on the field doing the physical aspect. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that JB would collab with Karl . Just perfect. I wish i can afford being a patron but i do my best by sharing the vids and watching full ads etc

I get these scam calls all the time… watching them get outed like this and watching this and Jim’s other videos calling them back and seeing them get messed with and their frustration and fear is really satisfying. I absolutely love it.
When they call me I usually hang up when I hear the robo voice or when it tells me to press 1… but if a real person calls me I just laugh at them manically until they hang up and/or tell them they should target their scams better because I have less money then the pittance they get paid in rupees every month…

Honestly, watching the cctv footage of the Supervisors felt like a movie, watching the evil villains laugh together, smoking cigarettes, and earning illegal cash... a horrid sight to see honestly
And I thought that level of evil exsist only in fiction. No! Turn out someone are evil enough to basically digitally pickpocket people for living.
To think that there are real life villains, it makes me happy that super heroes also exist.
Set the building ablaze and have them burn along with their tools of the trade. I've worked closely with victims of fraud. What these people do is sickening.

That womens words honestly broke my heart because my mother was a diabetic and lost her life two years ago to MS. When she was sick she also had people try to take advantage of her vulnerability. I don't understand how people can be so cruel and unemphathetic but I guess it's just part of life.

As someone who has worked in a real call center I find this extremely horrendous. There is no protocol to be followed, the poor skills are just irritating, the lack of courtesy is repulsive. I am glad I used to alert my customers of these online scams, by advising to always call on the official number and never call an unknown number, no matter how scared or nervous they get.

There is no job interview. These are no skill jobs based off a script and they post ads for it stating that and claiming to be tech support as well as by word of mouth.

As well as presentation - You speak slowly and clearly (unlike some other scammer catcher's videos which are spoken too fast or poorly presented) and all graphics laid out so well. I am also dismayed at the rife corruption and amount of theft / deception going on in India and which is so accepted as normal by thousands of these low-lifes. Interesting to see how your information sent to the Police was ignored. They may also be corrupt. Very sad and also rude not to even reply. If that company is getting $3m a year I suppose it would make good sense to use a little of that to pay off the cops to turn a blind eye.
