As most of these are just as corrupt as each other, remember the police aren't here to help and protect the ordanery working-class members of the public. But are here to help and protect the rich, privileged and the elite and their interests. And keep the ordanery working class in their place.

What's happening in all these 'so-called' court property repossessions, is that the Bailiffs are somehow getting hold of the court eviction forms, and then filming them in themselves, ignoring the due legal process of the courts, and the Police are just blindly assisting the Bailiff's in unlawful property possesions.

He could have prevented the eviction by putting the house up for sale, the mortgage and other debts would’ve been paid off from the proceeds from the sale and anything left would be his. He could then go to the local authority or rent a place privately. At least he’d have a clean slate to start over.

  • @TimTheComputerDoctor

The Bailiffs can't evict ANY tenant of ANY property the same day as the possession order. At least 14 days must elapse before the Bailiffs can attend. This is to allow the eviction order to be challenged by the tenant in court.
Also, the original creditor MUST have tried to use the PRE-COURT PROTOCOLS BEFORE the possession order was even applied for. The PRE-COURT PROTOCOLS MUST be followed BEFORE any possession order can be applied for. In most court cases, a payment plan for any financial arrears MUST have been attempted previously, by doing an affordability assessment of the tenant.
Most creditors ignore this step, and the courts don't check that it's been done, because they assume that any landlord or creditor would have already attempted to get a payment plan from the tenant.
It's basic incompetence by the courts, not to check the PRE-COURT PROTOCOLS have been followed, which ironically were instigated by the courts, to prevent miscarriages of justice against any defendant.

Again, it has nothing whatsoever to do with the police, it's a civil matter. Their only concern is that there is NO breach of the peace from both sides (fisticuffs). So why are they reading the documents, and conspiring with the bailiffs yet again. Not only were they conspiring with the bailiff, but out of earshot of the owner. Police should be in attendance in the background only, not helping anyone in any way. I don't agree with the property owner. The police were assisting the bailiffs. Stop asking to SEE the warrant, demand to read it. That's your right to see their ID, no ID that's the end of any action by this ALLEGED bailiff.
The police also conspired, with a criminal allowing him to walk away with fraudulent documents and no points for a bald tyre guy. People wonder why there is no trust for the police.

For anyone interested, the real video start is not until at least around 9:28 mins in or so, but is difficult to be exact due to the strange and confusing way the whole thing has been edited...
The 'beginning' otherwise is mostly made up of annoying out of time and sequence 'coming-up' bits, which personally, I really don't want to see at all until they happen in normal linear time.
The coming up bits spoil everything in my opinion, in that they make it much more difficult to understand what took place after what, and when it happened in normal linear fashion, and importantly where the actual real start of events in the video actually is.
I worked out the real beginning is roughly at, as I say, not until about 9:28 mins or so in, if you wish to avoid all the unnecessary spoilers and 'best bits' at the beginning as if it's some kind of commercial BBC mainstream documentary, where they want families to stay tuned, so they first show you all the best picks as big drama spoilers for the first few minutes or so.
But for me the spoilers has the opposite effect making me want to turn the whole thing off. I stuck it out on this occasion by jumping forward a bit to around 9 minutes or so when I could see all the unnecessary, annoying 'coming up' bits had finally stopped...
