With shows i 100 percent get. I lost my dad this year and my dog to cancer within 2 months of each other. I lost my mom 5 years ago and struggling that both are gone. Ive been watching hallmark movies so much lately. Ive also watched things I loved as a kid but now as an adult I get the humor and love it. I also watch things reminds me of my child hood. Examples are goldbergs, frasier, dinosaurs, the middle, mom, Mike and molly. All of these I know I can check out, feel good and laugh

So sorry you lost your loved ones. I'm wishing you a good year and lots of love, smiles and hope coming your way. It's great rewatching shows can give comfort and remind us of happy times. I also get nostalgic watching old shows I used to watch with my fam

Emotions can come and go, they are not permanent. So if i know a negative emotion îs comming i just let her do her thing for some moments and then i say to her this is all the time you have and now you have to leave. I had felt you, you don't serve me anymore. And this is so liberating, even thow The emotions can be Powerfull i know they are temporary and i was so afraid of feeling, i was terrified but now it îs better, not easy at all, but better. Trauma can be brutal, i am 36 years Young and i had learn this în The Last two years. So it îs hard but it gets better

I've been letting items sit in my cart for at least a week. I had 2 items at Sephora, and I just checked now to find out their both sold out. So buying them is not even an option. Thanks for talking about therapy and healthy coping strategies in your video.

What a fantastic video! I actually put this one on because I was looking for a distraction from a spiral of my own lol. I very much appreciate and respect your willingness to be honest and vulnerable with us. I think it makes you much more personable and relatable as a content creater, and on top of that you have really great concrete advice. Thank you for the thoughtful content and inspiration!!

I love this! I've been watching you for awhile because I've done projectpan and this year I want to also do a low/no buy. I've thought of doing my own channel because like you said, not doing a no buy how you planned you feel like you failed even though you've been doing fine. Ive also noticed my emotion control my spending or how I eat. I'd rather try to ignore a feeling and spend/eat than to feel it and move on. I want to stop that cycle.

By the way, your makeup look without any eyeshadows (only with the highlighter) is so cute on you. You are such a natural and mesmerizing beauty!!! 🤩 Despite everything, Happy Holidays!!! 🎊

Thank you, Shawna, for being so honest and helpful! I'm so glad I found your channel....it was a total accident because I hardly wear makeup lol! (Literally....I have a spf bb cream, Burts bees blush and a mineral powder/concealer. Oh, and I do curl my lashes. But I loooove your channel😄)
