I love the concept of mini séries that we can put together as we would like to depending on the time we have. Last year I made up my mind to make eating right and exercise part of my lifestyle and realized that consistency is definitely the key. I had considered joining a gym but once Covid became a thing it left me skeptical of public spaces. Not to mention stabbing at the (fitness) dark trying to figure out my formula. Finding SSF's Channel is a Godsend and answered prayer. It's just enough to keep me moving, motivated, and committed. day 18, the weather has finally turned cooler and after my run it is time for arms. Looked for the shortest one I can find in your selection hahaha. Still I felt the burn, thanks for a quick but very efficient arm workout, Lauren.
I tried this one for the first time today and found it challenging yet quite doable, using 3-pound weights (which I've worked up to through other dumbbell workouts from 2-pound weights). I had done about 20 minutes of cardio and leg exercises before this, so I did this workout seated to give my legs a rest, but I'll probably try it standing another time. I liked that it included many moves that I have not done before and also that you change exercises frequently so that my arms don't get too tired out from doing one exercise for too long. The hardest one for me was bringing the weights togehter behind my back, but it was a little easier the second time around. Thank you for the work you do to help so many people get and stay in shape!

Enjoyed this sweet little workout ! Results are always what you put into the workout. The slower, engaged muscles in both directions of movements during exercise is surely gonna give you more of a burn. (me reminding myself) Thanks for reminding of the abs and micro bend in the knees.,
I did this routine yesterday it was great. Have been doing some strength training weekly. Today my shoulders are a tiny bit achey, if that’s a word. I finally feel like something is working. No pain no gain. Thanks for the great workout.
One month of your strength training workouts - usually 3x a week and I am up to 5lb weights. Of course, the muscles are burning but it's a good burn! Thanks for your consistency and your energy. though I walk and do yoga daily, I have never been so committed to exercising until now.

The lower weights didn't make sense to me until I realized there were 2 rounds! I liked doing the moves with both palms up and palms down; I was able to use 5# throughout.
Love these mini workouts - but not the "music"! You are so pretty -- but to my ears, the music is NOT-- anyway thanks for all you are doing to help keep us fit and strong!
