Day 75, Sunday is my long run and family walk day, so the stretching was all I could muster but it was wonderful as I felt very tight around the back, and it really helped loosening me up. 😊
What a perfect stretch routine for just about every occasion - Lauren, your channel (which I discovered just this winter when the Michigan weather finally got the better of me) has been an absolute godsend! I have never before taken most of my exercise indoors (with the exception of my yoga practice) but the many routines you offer, with such intuitive sympathy toward the (gracefully 😂) aging frame have made me realize that I can continue to remain fit without freezing 😂💦💦♥️ Thank you for everything! I have learned so much, and, in the past 6 or 7 weeks, have grown so much stronger in muscles that have completely forgotten that they were 60 years old 😂💦💦. Here's an idea for a youtube for us seniors--a stretching session with a partner. My husband and I could use something like that. Maybe Mike would accompany you in the session to encourage other men/partners/husbands?! Thx Lauren for all you do for us! (PS--Personally I don't enjoy "stretching on the floor exercises" but with a partner it could be fun and with you and Mike leading it, it would be even MORE fun!)

I did all the 10 minutes exercises after each other, so I got a great full body workout. This program was the last one, which is a kind of reward. :).
