It wasn’t that long ago that I would stand on one leg with the free foot against the standing knee.
Looking forward to getting that back.
Thanks for all of your works, they are valuable!

I do backwalk daily during my long walk, around a hundred steps or more each set, and over 10 sets, and am making over a thousand each day. I do it on streets asphalt, not on walk side and late evening where there are not much traffic in quiet neighborhood. Very beneficial and fun (I walk fast too). Am 70, two years ago I fell badly twice in one week. Luckily I did not have any broken bone and able to get up myself late evening when no one was around. I increased my workout activities sice then, adding backwards walking, swimming, lunges, and specially the proper way to walk. I see in the video people are walking with feet open outward from each other. That is the wrong form of walking that cause falling. Very important to keep feet straight and moving parallel to each other.

I can walk backwards over and over again without losing my balance but I look like a drunk standing on one leg or walking heel to toe. 😆

Ha ha that’s funny I used to turn around and jog backwards when I was young and healthy, I didn’t think it was hard at all I just worried about griping on something.

Falling in the street where you have no chairs to crawl to? Someone at home stayed a long time waiting for someone to pass by and help him to get up. Terrible experience. Since then he will not get out the house.

Sorry to hear this. That kind of experiece can be extreemly traumatic. Many of the clients I see have a similar story.
