Thank you Doug. I fall a lot, getting up is hell because I have one total knee replacement and the other requiring the same and that won't be happening for at least 1 1/2 yrs. I've noted your videos on ways of getting up after a fall. Fortunately, I haven't had to use them YET, but I have no doubt I will because one knee (the one that I am still waiting for total replacement ..estimated 1 1/2 to 2 yrs before I can have surgery) buckles and gives way rather often, that is when I fall. I have had a lifetime of balance/proprioception difficulties and I am going to do these exercises daily as you suggest. Thank you for your simple and encouraging videos.
I'm 84 years old and still golf, fish, and ski. However, I've noticed that I'm starting to have a balance issue. I think these exercises are what's needed to restore my starting-to-fail balance. Thank you.
I had an ABI about 14 years ago, which no doctor or PT or anything his actually been able to set me in a completely healing direction. I have recently (in the last year) been experiencing losing my balance more. I also have as a result of my ABI, strong diplopia and nystagmus. This also interferes extremely with trying to keep my balance! I must find something that will help me at least a little. I was searching for something that I can do myself. I'm very grateful for these!
Thank you doug.... I always watch your videos but I am still recovering from Cidp.... I can't walk independently yet so trying most of the exercises are challenging..... At the moment I am trying to learn how to walk with a cane and its very hard and I also have foot drop... Any tip to help me... Thank you
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU SHARE. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS. ❤❤❤
