I’ve already had to replace bushings but may need to do again. Now I believe it’s the friction wheel. It’s intermittent on moving and I’ve cleaned the plate a few times. Wheel does look worn. I have the exact same model. Thanks for the video. Did you replace any of the belts?

Yes. I replaced the auger belt. I’ve done it several times over the years. It’s a relatively easy fix.
Was there washers between bearings and shaft?
