    That means one should practice it just before pcod workout part 1, 2 or 3 in continuation, will that not be difficult?

      Yes, one should practice for one hour every day, so just before practicing pcod Or fertility workout, one should practice this video first

    Hello yogaguru. Thank you so much. Your vedio's helped me alot. I was trying for pregnancy from last 6 month. March month my period delayed and visited doctor and i had PCOS. Doctor advised me for life style change and follicular monitor. I was following your PCOS yoga along with 30 minutes walk every day.. this helped me alot.
    Today i got UPT positive. Am so happy.

    Mujhe 6 months se. Periods mein problem thi
    Ultrasound se cyst growth ka pata chal 52 .25 mm ka tha , next day se sir k sath yoga + walk + meditation with proper diet .with in one month periods aa gaye and second month mein date bhi time se aa gayi aur ultra sound mein cyst bhi nhi hai . Thanks sir

    Mai pregnancy ke liye try kar rahi haun.. Kya me apaki exercise full month kar sakati haun kya... Mostly kehate hai ki ovulation ke bad koi bhi exercise nahi karni chahiye... So mai nahi karti after ovulation exercise... Pls reply sir

I'm already done a laparoscopic surgery in 2018, removed the endometrio cyst in right ovary, but then im not concieve. Then I'm going to hospital, then doctors told me, I have a endometriosis cysts in left ovary, egg quality very very poor, they told me another laparoscopic surgery, 😭 please help me sir, I following your pcos and pcod vedeos, this vedeos helped me or not?     I'm doing this yoga's in the morning and evening, morning im attend the online yoga class and evening I followed your vedeos sir, and my daily diet is morning vegetable juice and sprouts with pomegranate fruit. And afternoon i eat millets with vegetable curry, and evening any fruit juice, then one hour your yoga, then my dinner is only dry fruits like almonds 15, pista 10, walnuts 8 , watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, black raisins, anjeer 2, this dry fruits I soaked in the water 6 hours, then i eat. This is my diet sir, my diet is correct or not? Please tell me sir, please reply me. Thank you 🙏

    You are indeed a great guru. I too had PCOS problem, my periods were irregular. I did the exercise of this video followed by PCOS yoga part 1 for 1 week and abhi mere periods aa gye after 2 months.

    But there is one problem. I am unable to avoid sugar and rice. I mean boht jyada nhi leti thodda hi rehta hai, but ekdm avoid nhi kr skti 😓😓

      @@khushbu-no7qy yep it comes regularly every month. Sedentary lifestyle and improper diet is the main reason
      Just do the pcos yoga part 1,2&3 everyday you'll be fine.
      Though my periods are regular but I am still facing the acne, excessive hair fall and facial hair (only on chin) problem
