Imagine if he does his wok skill with the same plate (he probably goes by random pick a plate every) for next 5 to 10 years. I gather that plate would not stay its original shape anymore day-by-day. Ever wonder where does those filing-off plastics gone to? Points to ponder! Imagine a steel spatule would gone out of its original shape for that long period of wear & tear.
