FACTS. Accountability is a hard pill to swallow. It comes with maturity & self awareness. A while back when I was young & DUMB, I dated a guy who told me three months into dating that he’s not over his ex. Me not wanting to hear that & because I had caught feelings said to myself “oh he’s just confused, I’ll be the distraction he needs to get over her.” W R O N G ‼️ I allowed that relationship to continue only for him to seriously break things off with me to go be with her. Boy was I devastated. Could’ve likely ended up in somebody’s hospital from being so hurt 😭. Looking back, I brought that pain upon myself. Granted he wasn’t honest from the very beginning, but he was honest. When a man says something he means it. I am a walking testimony to that fact. Y’all better listen to uncle Tony, he’s not just doing this for his health.... this is the real deal. I would NEVER play myself like that again.
