As a detective with keen 6th sense for detail, that would be the first red flag that the boy is repeating a story he doesn't understand. 2nd red flag. The bathroom is nice bc it has blue birds & flowers. The bathroom would not be associated with anything "nice" after that happens to him in that bathroom. Question to lawyers: can’t he sue the girls’ parents? The DA might not want to put the 4 years olds on the stand but a monetary lawsuit could, right? And if parents don’t want the 4 years old on the stand, they can just agree to the terms of the lawsuit, right? Maybe losing most of their money would at least teach those girls a lesson.
And if the school won’t give him his job back, he can sue for that too, right? With some firm that does pro bono work?

    • @cmauthor

Absolutely he can sue them for defamation. In order to have a defamation case, you basically have to have three conditions met: 1) someone made statements about you knowing that they were false, 2) the statements were made publicly, either in writing or vocally, and 3) the statements caused great financial burden to you. He lost his job because of those false allegations, he should sue those girls and their parents for all they're worth. Especially since he'll probably never be able to teach because of the stain to his reputation, at least he can try to recoup some money to be able to live off of savings for a while until he can figure out a new path in terms of a career.

The damage the girls inflicted on their brothers is going to be their punishment. It's not something that will go away, the brothers and parents will always doubt whatever those girls say going forward and as the boys grow up and better understand what happened they'll likely resent them for making them the face for child molestation that didn't happen. Also even their light sentence will affect their lives in a major way, they're NEVER getting into another dance program as a minor and are likely not going to cut it in the adult field either.
Loved the actor for the accused guy, he nailed the part. You could feel the dawning horror of injustice that he realizes he can't fight against. He can sue them for slander though, his entitled damages for character assassination destroying his high profile career and them having pleaded out will give him a strong case.

3:44 is so true. I was exposed to so much music as a child. Music is in my blood. My mother played clarinet in middle school and high school, and now she plays piano, my oldest sister is getting a degree in clarinet at the University of Tennessee, and my middle sister played tuba for at least five years. I’m on my second year of French horn and it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Music is my escape, and yes, it’s so, so difficult, but it’s like a puzzle. When you finally figure it out, you look back and see how much you’ve grown.
I love music. I encourage everyone to pick up an instrument because I believe that everyone has a musical spark in them. We just need to give that spark some wood and it’ll grow into a giant, beautiful bonfire.

It took 2 years for him to be released. The girl ended up admitting that he didn't SA her, but he step father did. My friend had to move out to another state because of the harrasment, no one believed he wasn't guilty even thought it was proved (the SA kit didn't had his dna in any way). I know I'm a female and, as a female, I should believe all victims but, what happened to my friend proved me that not all victims are victims. Btw, my friend's dad has money, he's in the military. The step father was trying to get money out of them, he's in jail right now. Also, it is not FU money, it is just "I can have a comfortable life" type of money, not even rich. But yeah. I had a music teacher named Mr. Miller. This was in fourth grade and I had a severe candy addiction. This will sound weird, but he had this mat that he cleaned often and would put candy on it for us to eat. We weren't allowed to use our hands. I now realize that he was only trying to see our behinds because a few months later, about several children came out saying that he took them into his closet, and made them 'stroke his chicken' while singing so it wouldn't look suspicious. I'm now in tenth grade and still am shocked that my favorite, motorcycle riding, always happy, and just awesome teacher ended up being a predator.

Hell just look up for the episode title and season number; that’s what the wiki is for.

Couldn't they have checked for fingerprints on the "magic egg"? Sure, there might've been a lot of traces of fingerprints. But there could've been ones that couldn't have been accounted for, like the two girls who had no business being in that classroom. And if the teacher says it isn't his, then his fingerprints shouldn't be on it; on the chance he was lying, then his fingerprints would be on there.

There’s a moral to this story,DO NOT MAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS OF CHILD MOLESTATION, if you do, then you should go to prison for as long as a real serial Pedophile should.
    Most importantly,
1 of the 7 things God Hates, A Lying Tongue.
To all who are sinners, repent and believe the gospel of Jesus, for though we are born as sinners, we can die saints bought by the blood of Jesus Christ so that we could go to heaven.

Perfect example of Woke Gen Z. These entitled girls were angry that they were told they have no talent that they forced their brothers to lie about a kind man hurting them. I was ready to believe in his guilt, but i had doubt. Especially with the way Mega Karen came out of the woodwork lying. She helped to encourage the lies. The girls hurt their brothers physically and emotionally and hurt the teacher too. Mega Karen probably orchastrated it like she did with her ex husband. I feel bad for the boys, ex husband and the teacher. This is too sad and too common. It needs to end. And the girls should get more than a year's probation. It's like they are mocking children and the man who's career was almost destroyed.
