And this is one of many problems I have with organized religion. This happens far too often and it's disgusting. I've had church going people approach me and my kids. All I ever say is "stay away from me and my kids"
The idea of God as the Bible describes Him isn't my problem. The notion that humanity is fallen and needs a savior isn't a problem. What is a problem is those same fallen humans use the notion of "faith" to twist the word of God to whatever they want and hide behind their "savior" to justify continuing their sh!tty behavior. Faith is often just taking the "church" at its word, not any notion of God.
Not every person who attends church is a cult leader who is going to hurt your kids. In fact they're the minority and they aren't even Christians at all.

@ajc-ff5cm actually no, the fact humans get blamed for something one/two people did is a huge problem. We don't apply that in civilized world, children of criminals don't get punished for their actions, why can't an "loving and just god" see how unfair it is too?
There’s something called demonic doctrine. Demonic spirits literally use the Word of God to manipulate mankind into creating these cults and religions branching out from the truths of the Bible and twisting them into deceptions to create this situations. The Word of God has power. It can build and destroy whole nations. The Bible talks about that many times. I had a student about 18 years ago whose entire family escaped a cult. It used to be called The Children of God, but now it is called The Family International. I know that TH-cam has rules about certain comments, so I encourage everyone who doesn't know about this cult to look it up. I didn't know just how sick cult leaders really were until I read about this one. I would like to find this episode streaming somewhere for free because I don't have the money to renew my Hulu subscription until May.
This is one of the first episodes of L&O SVU I remember seeing as a kid. It still disturbs me to this day.
8:59 -- Oh I KNEW that's when he finally overreached. She KNEW there is no mere mortal human greater than God. As a matter of fact even Jesus was subordinate to God the Father.
christ the life that girl is an incredible actress-
omg, she was literally just a baby herself. It's heartbreaking, because she really thought he loved her because she never got to know what real love was. I know it's just a show but I hope she's better
😢😢😢😢now what's interesting is SHE TECHNICALLY MURDERED someone so legally could the child be still charged 😮
It could be seen as a trauma response or self defense
❤
I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen the team so emotional (on a crime scene/location), and all together in one place
I wish this video included the part where Olivia said she was accusing the mother of being stupid and gullible.
the messed up part was when her lawyer was willing to risk the girl's life to save the mother.
@@1talldaddy Like Stabler said once, "It's not their job to save lives. Only to win cases."
@@kyndrablankenship1758 yeah but at least the mother had enough sense to finally do the right thing.
First time I saw this episode I thought that was Stevie Tyler
Oh you SAW this episode if you know what I mean
I thought it was Willem Dafoe.
9:36: That goes for Carl and Mary jones from Precious movie
Ok but when munch opened the wall and found the skull and said “here’s Johnny” I laughed
It's terrible to watch this video and know, that somewhere out there this could be some childs reality. I'm more thankful than ever that my childhood was save and that my parents are people with common sense who love me.
0:35 Oh my god, this is awful... 😢
3:14 you felt the pain in her voice.
I respect Oliva Benson acting here, it was gut-wretching and sad.
I wish people would stop making God all about themselves. This man is like a lot people trying to elevate and proclaim themselves higher than other people. Manipulating others who are impressionable who are at a low place in their lives and just seeking comfort. This poor little girl her mother should have known better.
I love Olivia Benson caring about children matters
You can see the various emotions of all 4 of the main peeps:
Stabler: Anger
Tutuola: Shock
Munch: Horror
Benson: Sadness
Admittedly, one can accurately state that all four weere equally angry, sad, shocked, and mortified at the same time, but when I read their faces, this is what I see.
The shot of the cops and detective, each trying hold back tears of what they see really hurt my hearts
Can’t imagine how the real cops would handle a situation like that
this episode is so heartbreaking
This was a great episode 💯🙌🏾🙏🏾
Now Jeff Kober is on General Hospital playing Laura Spencer's brother.
The shots of those kids on the floor...almost physically painful.
THE END!! "that was a lie, he said he was greater than God" wow.
YEAH!!! Looks like Abraham was no Lincoln!!!🤣😡🤣😡🤣😡
That scene with Olivia yelling in her face spilling facts of her horrible crimes and her reaction trying to find a way to delude herself from shame people like her deserve to serve the full max of their deeds. A pathetic gullible low excuse of a parent.
This was a very tough episode…
if he's greater than god, then why does he need a girl to shoot for him or easily dies by a bullet?
