    GOOD MORNING FUNKSTERS - this is an awesome 30 workout that is bodyweight only, under 30 minutes that will help you burn calories, fat while improving overall strength, muscles and mobility. The great thing about this workout is that it is low impact and no jumping so great for all levels.     Really loved this. I"ve been following you over the last month or more, and my legs have a couple of injuries and it's raining like crazy outside. So this workout was absolutely perfect this morning. Thank you!

    This is what we need over 40 all that jumping is super hard on the joints, you can still workout super hard, just need to acoid high impact and over doing explosive movements

    I love jumping but not everyday so I truly appreciate it! At this (age 50) my joints don’t appreciate Plyometrics but twice a week! Thanks to both of u! Y’all look amazing!

    Funk Roberts, I've been following and doing your exercises for over a year now. Angela needs to have her own classes. I would definitely follow her. Women over 40 need exercises too. Just saying. I'm a big fan.

    Amazing workout. Angela- you are a rock star. You are a spectacular force to be reckoned with. Funk- I seriously respect you for showing us regular guys all your sweat and resting during a set. What a great role model to all people but especially to us other 51 yr olds just getting back into this. Talk about a positive role model. We look at you and see what the results can be but then we see you are human as well. THANK YOU!

    This is great I love this low impact with no jumping I live on the second story of an apartment complex and I don’t want to be stomping around! I actually play ice hockey as a goal tender and I really enjoyed the workout
