Spartan 20-minute Home Bodyweight Shred Cardio Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest. Rest for 1 minute and repeat.

3. Forward Lunge
4. Abs Bicycles
5. Burpees

I think it was Dorothy Parker who said (and I'm applying the phrase to workouts): "I hate working out but love having worked out". In the middle of this particular routine I want to die :); afterwards, I'm on cloud nine! The thing I like about Funk is he aims his stuff at older people (74 here), is willing to do "follow-along" workouts and is just overall a very pleasant fellow. He also tries to use clear instructions and timers to make the workout as efficient as possible, although in this particular video there is no way to judge how much rest time you have. Regardless, thanks Funk for offering these for free.
