I'm struggling with a long term ankle injury so these no jumping and lots of floor work are perfect for me! I will say I do think the press jacks count as jumping motion so I have to skip those.
love this one and especially how you show what the next exercise is before the time starts, very helpful and efficient. definitely need to get stronger on the arms though to handle all of this plank exercises 😅 will definitely be subscribing!!

Do you have any suggestions for low impact exercises that intense enough to reach higher heart rates 150+? None of these get me above 145 even going all out with hundreds of reps.
Doing 40 to 50 minutes workout daily 😊 yes I know it's not good for the body but just wanted to see what would happen if we exercise daily , let's see after a month
