    That is an amazing build! It’s exactly what we are looking for. Are there 2 seat options or a double folding seat for the 2nd row? Having that row easily removable really adds to the flexibility of the van.

      Absolutely. We offer lots of different seating options for this buildout.

    I like your bed system. Do u have a bunk system similar to that? (So that we can sleep 2+2 in that space)
    Can that be added as a singular option in a build out.

    • @AVCRIG
      @AVCRIG  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      We offer a dinette under our lift bed that converts to a bed. We also have a manual bed system that can support 2x queen beds. You can see that in our other gear hauler tour.

    That is what I want! But only 270 amp hour battery. Is that enough to run the A/C? I assumed that you’d need 6-800 amp hours of battery.

    • @AVCRIG
      @AVCRIG  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s enough to run it for a day at a time. The solar does a decent job of keeping up with it. It’s also an option to upgrade to double the battery capacity.

    What material are you using to support the mattress?

    • @AVCRIG
      @AVCRIG  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Our bed panels are currently made V of 3/4 ply with 1” aluminum U channel on the ends to support the span. We are in the process of reinventing our bed panels right now.

    Is that a IndelB CR42? Where do you find them online. Most links are for overseas?

      We use the truck fridge TF130 (it’s the exact same thing)

    What is a full build out like this cost? If the customer provides the van

    • @AVCRIG

      Most builds hit between 45-65 depending on options. We do have builds outside of those ranges (both higher and lower) but completes usually fall in that range.

    Great build...Any particular reason you don't put in flares on the sides?

    • @AVCRIG
      @AVCRIG  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Since this bed raises and lowers flares don’t make sense. Also considering how the transit lays out you don’t really save that much room inside.

    Super smart and clean build. I really love how that kitchen cabinet came out. I still haven't figured out my table space yet and couldn't help but spot that nice one in your video. A video on table options could be sweet!

    Great looking build, super functional. Did you end up having to add an additional coolant pump or anything for the Isotemp?

    • @AVCRIG
      @AVCRIG  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nope, it ended up working out pretty easy. We added about 20’ of hose, but the resistance was low. Good flow

    Any chance you guys will be putting up a wet bath kit to allow showering when it is cold out for a LWB Transit?

    • @AVCRIG
      @AVCRIG  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We don’t include wet bath options in our builds at this time. The best option I’ve seen (and what I would use if I did install a shower) is the Vanwife shower enclosures and an under mount grey tank.

    Really Nice! Just wondering about the AC unit - since it is located in the back roof area did it require extra support or is it close enough to the last roof support to skip the extra support? If I wanted to remove a currently installed Maxx Air fan would it fit within the already cut area?

    • @AVCRIG
      @AVCRIG  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The back area has two roof ribs that are 14” apart. It supports the AC perfectly with no need for extra supports.

    • @oodlesofnoodles83
      @oodlesofnoodles83 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AVCRIG do you suggest installing the maxxairfan immediately in front of the AC or further up front.
