My apologies, towards the end of the video I said that the unibody is better for towing! So not true, it is the body on frame that is better. Lol 😂 slight correction on that
I still liked the the previous QX80 a lot more but this one is just much more sharper and elegant. Thanks for the review

Waaaaay better than that bulbous last version! Very classy and elegant! I still have my first generation QX56 because I was waiting to see when they were going to update that last iteration! I like it!
trucking604 interior the same what a let down
I have a 2008 Nissan armada. And even though I like the new style, which is nice and elegant, it lacks the size as mines and the software is still the same as mines from 2008.
This is on my "wish list". Thank you for detailing the upgrades, great job!

I liked the last QX80, but this one IS much better. More "current". And did this one come with the BLACK 22'" wheels? Is that a factory option?? If it is, that's the one I'm going with. Looks great Black on Black.

Just like the QX 50/EX 35, the turn-signals in the back are located on the bumper.
For QX80 I love previous gen specially the front it looks completely different than other Infinities but this QX80 just got mixed up with Q60 QX60 QX50 very similar front ends but the previous one have its own identity

What size are the wheels on the SUV. I know they come with 20's or 22's, but those look bigger. Are those after market or powder coated original Wheels?

I own a 2011 and there is NO WAY I'd buy this "facelift". It is time for a REDESIGN!!!!
Robin Russell certainly. I think facelifts suit the buyers who want the same
designs but a newer year with those slight adjustments. I’m sure a redesign will come about in a few years.

I'm looking at the older one, but the 2018 looks way better if you are willing to pay the high ass price. The legroom is the major selling point for me even though it has less legroom than the first generation. Legroom sucks on Escalades and Tahoes unless you have a short family.
props to infiniti on hiring the audi designer... always loved the looks of audis but hate the reliability... now infiniti has the best of both worlds

There is more leg room in the second row than in the front row, as per specs. This is unusual.

Uuuuh, because it is wider than all of Japan. I lived in Japan for 6 years. Beautiful people, beautiful country. The roads are very narrow, but of course you may know this.

I've always thought this car and its cousin the Nissan Armada was hideous. Over the years but this brand new model is nicer looking

I don't understand why Nissan can't get the entertainment packages in any of their vehicles right. not even their luxury Infiniti vehicles. I'm getting a Ford.
The exterior is so sharp and good looking but the dash and infotainment looks horrible.

Lexus LX 570 is the best body on frame in the class, certainly not this truck with an interior from 2010.

I love this exterior refresh. I agree that the Lexus 570 interior is much nicer than this one, although the 570's exterior has always looked awkward to me.

Eh at least it won't brake and doesn't rattle. I'm going tonswap out the head unit for a nice alpine android auto one or something and boom problem solved.
The steering wheel has that cheap glossy plastic (that tries to imitate wood) on it, and I hate it. Right where your hands are resting, instead of feeling leather, you feel part leather, part glossy, greasy plastic. Thumbs down for that Nissan (since it’s also on the Patrol and Armada).

You left out the most impractical information this thing still has 1990,s fuel miles per gallon which is a deal breaker. Have fun visiting the gas pumps often.
Eh if you're buying this you're not thinking about that. You either own a business and write the gas off or you are wealthy enough that a few extra hundred dollars/a thousand extra a year doesn't matter.
Sorry But The Escalade Looks The Best Compare To This Car And The Headlight On The Escalade Make It Look My Aggressive with The Diamond Headlight In My Opinion infinity needs to Step It Up. and Redesigned

The escalade is ugly on the outside,but luxurious on the inside, the Infiniti is the opposite, but still somewhat luxurious. (Btw, you're a Cadillac fanboy)
