It’s so nice to be able to see all these countries through your videos because I wouldn’t be able to see them otherwise.
First, finally you uploaded your trip to cambodia,my most favourite country🇰🇭 Hoping to see more cambodia videos❤Also you forgot about brunei and you have to go to Nick Restaurant in Siem Reap, best Cambodian food
Thank you so much for your love my country Cambodia 🇰🇭🫶🙏💐👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾👏🏿.
Welcome To Cambodia 🇰🇭
"I wonder if there are any unexploded landmines here." That was priceless. May have soiled myself a little on that one.
$35 is actually the fixed price of the private taxi from the airport, the bus is $8.It's expensive, I don't know how you can get it down to $20.
A warm welcome to Cambodia! Hope you will enjoy your trip!
If you go to phnom penh stay at harmony hotel, it is 20m from riverside, has an amazing infinity pool that looks over at the Mekong river and is in a great location, book a room with a balcony as high up as possible
Next time try the Landmine museum. Its for a good cause ,it's a real problem left over from decades of conflict.Unique story behind it.
Wow huge difference to when I was there for the 1st time 2002 then again 2006. The streets were just dirt back then with 1 bituman road. I noticed The Red Piano is still there on the corner. I ate there a few times. BTW I love your slower place 😊
I just got back from Thailand and I love watching your videos as I travel. Stay safe bro!
Hey Zane. I’m a recent subscriber to your channel. Really liking your stuff in SE Asia. I also had the opportunity to visit Siem Reap in 2019. Pretty awesome place and so inexpensive. Those 75 cent to $1 beers are amazing. I also had the Cambodian BBQ. Pub Street is a fun little place to hang out. But, I heard the heat is absolutely brutal in Asia right now. Stay cool and drink lots of water.
Thank for visiting Cambodia sir ! Hope u have the best day here ❤
Thank you!
Seim Reap still recovering from COVID . Khmer rouge demolished all currency. So when Vietnam came in 79 there wasn't a currency.Cambodia moving away from the dollar to just the reil. But it's 50 / 50 right now in usage .USD needs to be perfect condition to be accepted.Theres a pass app for tuk tuks that's what I use . Great place to live .I'll be back in July.
It changes a lot after COVID-19.
Welcome Zane to Cambodia 🙏🇰🇭❤ enjoying your holiday 😊
Welcome to Cambodia brother, Enjoy your stay
Welcome to Cambodia bro enjoy your day 😊😊
Was raining when I walked around the war museum in 2019. Saddest place I’ve ever been 😢 pub street was pumping headache street 😅 the ice cream rolls are amazing 🎉
Have to try the Durian ice cream rolls. Delicious. I went to the military museum, but saddest for me was at Wat Thmei….the Killing Fields temple and genocide memorial. Just to the north of town. They have a sacred shrine full of skulls and other bones. I said silent Buddhist prayers there, and also paid my respect in the temple. An elderly monk in the temple gave me a blessing, and tied a red Sai Sin red string around my wrist.
Namo Buddhaya 🙏🏼 ☸️ 🇰🇭 🌴
I’m your new subscriber from Cambodia 🇰🇭
Welcome to Cambodia 🇰🇭🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Wow, Pub street looks amazing. I hope you go to some of the Cambodian temples, I can't remember what there called but there very cool. Excited to see more Cambodia content. Almost at 100k🎉❤
Nice comment on our country.
Good luck 🍀
warm welcome to CAMBODIA ♥️🇰🇭
You don’t need to exchange US dollars for Cambodian Riel. US dollars are used here in Cambodia just like in the US. As long as you have plenty of $10 bills you will get your change in Riel. 20’s are doable but 10’s are much easier. Welcome to the Kingdom of Wonder!
Welcome to Cambodia enjoy your day 🇰🇭🇰🇭❤️🙏
Nice !! I'm planning to get to Siem Reap in August. I'll definitely use your videos as a guide once again. haha
Great job on this specific video Zane, you showed a lot of interesting locations, and your vibe and energy was great as well! Looking forward to seeing more from Cambodia series and where you go next!
Dude. Grab would have been a couple dollars max from the airport. That airport taxi saw you coming. Make sure to use Grab in Cambodia. And if you come down to Phnom Penh, I can give you some tips as I've lived here for years.
Edit: My bad. My price quote is from the old airport to Pub Street. Grab quoted 65000 riel (about 16.25 usd) from the new airport to Pub Street. So you're good!🙂
You know the airport is an hour out of town now? $20 was ok. There are buses that are cheaper.
@@markbigelow2608New airport to Pub Street on Grab is 60,500 riel (about 16.25 usd). Wow, that's crazy far now!
@@poeryudo That's not too bad. They used to charge $10 from old airport to town.
@@markbigelow2608and thank you for the correction to my errant comment 🙂
The post office do a $9 bus. Don't you have to be in the country to see the grab price
?
Im glad you showed us the walk from your hotel to pub street because in most videos people start recordin from pub street, we got to see what the surroundings areas look like :)
Thank for sharing our beautiful place❤❤❤
Don’t forget come to visit phnom Penh city Cambodia 🇰🇭
Welcome To Cambodia, The Country of Culture ❤
....and piles of garbage
Cambodia is the parasite next door.
I was in Siem Reap, in 2003. It's pretty wild to see how much more developed it is now. I don't think there were many 3 story buildings (and not many 2 story).
Some of us like it so much that we never left!🍺🌴🙂
Always eagerly waiting for your Wednesday motor news updates.😂😂
Welcome to Cambodia 🇰🇭 ❤
Thank you!
Bless load to you Zane! If ever you need overseas Khmer translation let me know I’ll speak fluently 3 languages ! Welcome to the Land of the smiling faces ! Please enjoyed your stay ! Thank you and thank you ! 😅🌺🥰💜🙏🇰🇭🇰🇭
You chose a good restaurant, El Toro to eat at on Pub Street. The Fish Amok with rice is good too. Try the chocolate-mint martini for $2.75. Delicious! The Red Piano restaurant on the corner across the street is my other favorite.
Cambodia 🇰🇭 love you
Great video as always, thanks for showing us different places!
Wow pub street looks fun and awesome
im from phnom penh cambodia, when i was working as an office worker, everytime it was about a half hour or an hour to my clock-out time, i'd go on youtube and search for vlog videos in siem reap just to feel the vibe and plan my next travels, not becauase i couldnt go anywhere else but because i could never get enough of siem reap. hope you enjoy your time in siem reap as i always do. dont forget to walk along the siem reap river in the evening, it's so refreshing and beautiful, always puts me in a good mood and nostalgic vibe.
Welcome to Cambodia 🇰🇭 I like your video 🙏🇰🇭
Welcome to Cambodia 🇰🇭 and thanks for Love Cambodia 🙏🇰🇭
You should go to tevvys restaurant in siem reap.. it’s so delicious.. visited last year can still taste the deliciousness
Yay for another new country! Good to see variety of South East Asian countries besides the over rated Thailand! Watching all the way from here in New York City!!!!!
Welcome to Cambodia 🙏🥰
Cambodian people will decide to use either dollar or riel depends on the actual situation. If they can save by using riel, then they will use riel
Welcome to Cambodia brother Good trip anywhere❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
All the beds are hard. But I just watched a guy talking about how good it was for his body, to sleep on the floor 😃
Welcome to Cambodia sir❤❤
Thank you!
@@zanetravelZane is amazing 😊😊
You should definitely watch the documentary Don’t Think I’ve Forgotten, Cambodia was very prosperous before the genocide and the documentary shows that and the genocide.
So happy to see you in Cambodia! ❤
Looks like a fun place. And tons of food choices!!! Great content ❤
Awesome video. Thanks! for sharing.

I’m going to Siem Reap next week 🥰
"Cambodia" is the beer of choice there. It is as cheap as the others, but tastes the best.
Welcome to Cambodia 🇰🇭
I will go there in a few days. Maybe I will see you there if you're still around.
I wish You a good stay in the Kingdom 🇰🇭
Welcome to Cambodia thanks for sharing my country ❤❤ support
There used to be a bar in Sam reap called crocodile bar and literally it's like a James Bond movie. You were walking in over rickety bridges over water and there was water running through the bar and little streams with crocodiles in below you. One too many drinks and the rope fence on the bridge was not going to stop you. They were literally crocodiles in the bar while you were drinking under your feet in the water. Not sure if it's still there. Not been there for a few years but a few people fell in I believe and the crocodiles got them
😂😂😂😂
I love your Channel
Welcome to Cambodia Brother ❤. Thank you so much for visited Cambodia. I like your contents😍😍
Cambodia is very clean and it looks like there are lots of fun things there. Even though there are lots of people passing by, the roads are still clean. I also saw lots of tourists there, Cambodia is a unique country.
you joking, only principal street is cleaned for tourists, one street away theres rubbish everywhere, locals buring plastic, no asphalt, and dirty air.
Cambodia is anything but clean. Rubbish is everywhere, except in the heart of the tourist district in Siem Reap and in Phnom Penh.
Thanks for you visit my cambodia, hope you have the best day here
Nice video. What Camera did you use please?
Love Siem Reap 😊
Pub street pre-covid was very busy.
Welcome to Cambodia❤
We need those prices in the US plus you get a lot more food as well which is Great!
Welcome to Cambodia🫸🫷🫶❤
Glad you like Siem Reap. It is definitely one of my top three or four cities in southeast Asia that I want to visit and potentially make my home base. Friendly locals, very reasonable food prices (even western food) and beer at $0.50 to 0.75 for a 16 oz. draft are all major bonuses. Meet up with channels @FrugalWanderer and @ForRiel while you are there!
Yes beer is cheap ,but food is much more expensive than in Thailand for example
Hey Zane I was just wondering how you get your information and do your research for your travels and and how you plan your trips accordingly it would be really hopefully for someone like me that’s planning to travel thanks Zane love the vids keep it up.
Very nice airport. Wow... That is a very big and nice hotel room for $14/a night. We could only get a bowl of noodles for that price in California nowadays.😮
You're welcome 🤗
Welcome to Cambodia
I Stayed at that hotel last month... Great deal...
Welcome to Cambodia ❤
You asked which is the best restaurant on Pub Street... For me, it's "Khmer Family Restaurant" where I met my current wife! ;-)
Thanks for visiting my home country..love from las vegas..subbed
Cambodia ❤❤❤
Indochina or (Indochine in French) comprised generally of only three countries - Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodia.
Surprised to see so many foreigners
Beggar is soft power of Cambodia ❤❤
Keep bashing on Cambodia Toiland. It's a matter of time the world will know ur true color.
Welcome to Cambodia 😊 love your videos Zane 😊😊
Welcome to Cambodia 🥰🥰🥰
Welcome to Cambodia.tha nks
Nice vid. Are you still in Cambodia? I'm in phnom Penh. Planning to check out koh rong in several days
Your video so nice❤
Great content
They’re building a pub street in PP to by 2025 Cambodian NY.
They lost faith in the riel because people lost everything during the KR period, money was abolished. Rich people with millions in riel in the bank literally had zero money after. Btw the riel pre 1975 was very high in exchange value. Nowadays it’s very low in value. People like to keep the dollar just to be safe I guess.
Cambodia has been developing since I was there definitely going back in maybe 3-5 yrs. Enjoy!
Nice Cambodia. See you soon
Please come to Kampot, it’s 3 hours drive from Phnom Penh.
Chai Travel has just got a visa for Myanmar! On line right now it’s $25 a night at the hotel you’re staying at! Be careful at the massage places, they are experts at stealing your money!
Be carrefull everywhere the reason to enjoy a life 🎉😊 🇰🇭
