    Very nice posing!
It is something a ton of reviewers don't pay attentions on, which bothers me to see.
    but you did it fantastic!
    Subbed.

I bought my very first Busou Shinki, or rather my very first mecha musume figure, Arnval. All I can say is, she is now one of my favorite figures I have because of how portable she is and the sheer amount of poseability she has.

I love the limited black and white versions. God damn I miss Battle Rondo. I miss my Ach...

I'm so jealous of you! I remember stupidly buying lousy figma over Busou Shinki, thinking such a cool toyline won't be cancelled;_;...

I have a few shinki I have played and displayed often or take out on adventures with me. Never broke any parts or lost any yet. Will mention they were not ham handed but have been posed dressed up wore gundam armors. And the joints still hold as tight as they did new out of the box. These bodies are probably the best durability for action figures from Japan.

Great posing and review. Thanks! You may wanna mention the white variants too for both these figures. They look great too.

I didn't knew that the reprint was so limited, i feel even more fortunate to have them. Nice video and those posses are great.

You can normally scoop up the parts pretty cheap in auction lots as well as custom garage kits hair pieces, armor, etc. That were even supported by konami.

It's funny that 2007 old ones Busou Shinki still look better than some of the figma released today with lower price. (but then figma quality is dropping recently)
Also sad that Kotobukia Busou Shinki reboot is gunpla that requires assembling rather than the plug in and play old Busou Shinki. :(

On the upside, Megami Device B-Series Shinki have the improved articulation of the new post-MMS Machineca body type.

Why are figures from 2006 better than figures from 2020

One thing to note is some of the older figures in this line sweat(like the plastics) depending on the material's used, most softer materials in the early kits will sweat though(not like beads of sweat but a light slime...it's rather unpleasant to touch but can be washed off, though it does return with time and can be mildly difficult to remove). I've noticed this most with hair parts and faces. The more recent kits(post body update) generally are made of better materials in my opinion and will hold up better(though I think these 2 do hold up decently well, I'd say only a few specific ones sweat really bad). Otherwise they do hold up very well.

You'd be amazed at what poses the bodies can stay in without any assistance even 1 leg poses upright and sideways. :D

What of this two beauties you recomend me? Yda or Ach?

    • @citrusjuicebox
      @citrusjuicebox  ปีที่แล้ว +1

Ach is probably the better one, at least more popular anyway
