    血流を改善することで痛みが解消されるんですね。
    スマホやパソコンで指が疲れたり、手首がねじれていると思うので、寝る前にこのエクササイズを毎日続けようと思います。ありがとうございます☺️

    すごいです!
    グッパがやりやすくなりました。
    指が張ってる感じで 握ると違和感があったのが、大分すっきりしました。
    3ヶ月前くらいから指環もきつくなってきたので、続けてみます。

    夜やってみたら、翌朝の手のこわばりがかなり楽になってました。どこでもやれるので、こまめにやるようにしたいです。
