upper body days are so much fun!! at least for me it feels like a lot less pressure is on me to look perfect and be able to lift heavy. it really shouldn’t be that way (you should just lift what you can and progress) but i feel like as women there’s this assumption that on leg days we should automatically be able to lift the empire state building on our backs!! but it’s great to see a week of workout video again!! love the energy as always💜💜
couldn't agree more with this comment! i sometimes go to the gym being so lost on how to start which one, how to gauge when to up or down the difficulty level of each workout. it'd be so cool if kris can go over this more in depth in a future video!!
@@lifeviz28568 basically, if you don't have a w/o plan just split the days first, then split each day into 4-6 exercises (try like 1 exercise per muscle group for example 1 for biceps 1 for triceps etc.. unless you go for a full-body workout) and you want to do each of them for 2-4 sets. as for the reps and weights, you would want to work with a weight where you can do 8-12 reps of in each set, so if you can't do 8, go down in weight and if its 12+ go up as for cardio intensity training you would want to feel your heartbeat go up and keep it that way but maintainable, so if its walking fast, you will notice with time that you can do it for longer than u previously did and then maybe lvl it up im no expert, i just train for myself, but these are some basic guidelines, hope this helps :)
Love this video, so happy you popped up on my feed! & I feel the same about barbell overhead press but the bar itself is 45 lbs so you're doing great! Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.🥰
So Casetify is the secret to gym girls just throwing their phones on the floor before every set. I have finally cracked the code - and not my phone screen thankfully.

How often do you change the moves each week? Or do you not change the moves just change the weights? If you do change, how do you plan what moves you do? I feel so overwhelmed with choosing moves that like are simple (not easy, but simple) and that target each muscle but aren’t OVERLAPPING which muscles they target idk maybe I’m overthinking!
Hello! Take no offense with my question because I'm a workout noob. I just notice that your glutes are still not as round and peachy despite consistently doing glute workouts every week. Why is that? Can you or someone explain?
tbh i politely disagree! Kris is highkey cakin! i think we’re conditioned to think all butts should be disproportionately large because a lot of female fitness influencers (obsessed with physique aesthetic rather than health) work out their glutes out to a ridiculous and arguably unbalanced extent. kris has well rounded workouts where her goal is to be strong, flexible, and agile rather than working to have a social media approved giant butt and nothing else. keep it up kris! you’re a legend and an inspiration!
@@primrosed2338possibly not eating enough or not in a slight calorie surplus if growing is her goal if working out just for maintenance she still looks great as is.
Great video and very inspirational. I just bought an Otter 🦦, but otherwise I would have purchased the case that you mentioned. Keep it going friend !!!

Love these videos! Excited to try those chaturanga push ups and basically your entire push day!

Do you have to get permission from people in the gym to be in your videos without blurring their face?
Hai! What’s the white bra with the thin strappy detail shown in this video’s thumbnail? Anyone know? :) Thanks!

Genetics and she is tall so its probably difficult to put on muscle. She also might have weak abductors.
