    I love how your workouts are basically for anyone, people can use different weight sizes depending on how heavy someone likes too but all around for anyone

    I’m finally doing 4 days a week again!! I was doing 3 days, and one day swimming but I would usually skip the gym on the 4th day. I started with 5 days in 2017 and it’s my goal for this year. I’m also adding things like swimming, basketball and walking.

    Thank you for this video!! Love the mic’d up because i can also hear your breathing through the workout, which I think is something most people forget to mention. Good breathing def helps push that weight up and with form too!

    Thank you literally so much for this video. I find it super hard to find videos of workouts to do at the gym with weights and I don’t feel confident in knowing what to do myself so this is just so helpful. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    I had been working out consistently for a month but then I had a month long trip in Italy and then I got back and got covid. So needless to say my muscles have disappeared and im a little anxious to get back in the gym. And i know its better to have a more simple beginner split vs going really hard and trying to do everything all at once. So i'm very grateful for this and it really seems to cover all the bases inn a healthy manageable way!!! Also my gym is small and old so we dont have a lot of equipment that I see in other work out videos so everything here is perfect for my set up

    It was a very informative video. Thank you. I feel sometimes awkward at the gym because I'm not sure if my form is good. I love that you explain while doing it. It makes it more accessible and friendly.

    You should rotate your arm when you do bicep curls, start with the dumbbell on your side and rotate it to the finish position you had. Good luck!

    I found out that joining the right gym is critical. I was at one that was too crowded and one that needed more equipment. Now, I joined a Lafitness that is perfect, and I am much more motivated.

      I have a few different pairs that I rotate through depending on the day. For an upper body day I’ll wear any type of sneaker/running shoe. Leg days I’ll try and stick to a flatter shoe like my converse
