Just something to note is that the wider your stance for a lot of leg movements, the more glute activation will occur rather than quad! Also, I have found that slower, more controlled exercises with lower weight is more effective and is just in general better practice. It helps so you don't use momentum or end up with swinging motions (the rows and glute kickbacks) and lose control of your movements

Glute bridges are when you are thrusting with your back on the ground as opposed to the bench. Also try to keep you gaze forward and chin tucked, focusing on lowering your sternum and thrusting to avoid any injury!

You are doing your hip thrust with improper form. You should tuck your chin in and look straight ahead vs the ceiling which will force you to have a better glute contractions due to the pelvic tilt. For more tips on a perfect hip thrust check out the person who invented this move. Bret Contreras
