I've had the video (well, part 1 anyway) downloaded for years and I always thought that at the end, when the narrator says to look for part 2 coming soon, was just an homage to the old serialized shows that ended on a cliffhanger and told the viewer to tune in next week for the conclusion, but that part 2 didn't really exist. I never realized there was actually a part 2 until today when it occurred to me to read about the video on Wikipedia. I'm so glad I found this.

There are very few things that truly capture that feeling of a Saturday Morning as this video does! It’s all there! And it seems the Wrestlers at that time were far more kid friendly and open to hamming it up for a fun little music video! Such good memories! And to me Cyndi will always be the best! The kids just loved her! I remember years ago she appeared on a Saturday morning show in the UK and when performing had all the kids in the studio playing follow my leader with her while she performed her song! She was just awesome to a kid like me at that time! Love you Cyndi always will for the fun you brought to my growing up! Legend!

Been a Goonies fan for a couple decades now, but I never knew there was a "part 2" of the music video. I just thought part 1 was the entire thing and the cliffhanger ending where Cyndi is surrounded I thought was a teaser for the movie itself. This whole video is like a mini spinoff!
