Great vid! As usual! How about some exercises for those of us who’ve already had labrum or rotator cuff surgery? Perhaps those with a shoulder replacement? (I’m heading down that path) 😳
I would stick to the lighter exercises and focus on stability! Like internal, external rotations. But definitely ask a doctor so that you don’t cause further damage
@@ShaeTaylorLife your last video was almost there. Maybe don't just rely on pointless slow mo clips in your videos. Add some good spice. Maybe a over the top patriotic thing? That usually does good for my calculations.
