TY for your information my legs and feet really this, my lower legs and feet fill heavy at different times fill the cool in them,worse when cold out, my legs and feet don't like and anything tight, my feet now really needs cushion shoes and boots, So for sure will try these❤
@@HT-Physio hi I'm 64 years Young!!🤩 These are three of the best circulation exercises I have seen. I am using my rocking dining chairs & boy does it enhance these exercises! I do not have diabetes... So what do you think causes the skin around my ankles to ache when I wear socks and the skin on my legs to ache when I wear support hose?? I have insufficient blood flow vien disease.. they want me to wear support hose but I can't take the pain after a while. Any ideas why or what that means?
I am on a major mission to improve not only blood flow but calf muscle and ankle/foot strength, so I don’t do what my husband just did! … he is 62 years old and just ruptured his Achilles Tendon! 😢and with a very long recovery road ahead, we will both need every bit of help, advice and support from you and our local physiotherapist to get his calves and foot back to normal! A Ruptured Achilles is no joke!!!!

It's difficulf to locate a good physio thereapist these days. You sir are making many people's lives a whole lot better. Hope you stay with more help, I'm suffering with poorly left knee surgery, a year after the surgery. Lack of therapy to blame, my own fault. Also now, I have sciatica . Keep up your excellent work. This is timely. I have a couple of nasty bruises on my legs due to a silly accident (don't ask it's embarrassing). And I hope doing these excersizes will help dissipate the bruising a little quicker.

Just got your book yesterday. I have been doing some morning stretches you recommended in one of your videos and I felt some improvement immediately. I am very optimistic about what will happen when I incorporate more of your strategies.
I am 72 years old and for last 15 days I am doing different exercises to reduce my pain at the hip while walking.The pain has been reduced remarcably and I start enjoying while walking.I feel fortunate to have come through your youtube video and I feel you have came as a GOD to make my daily life less painful. Keep on this educating the people on simple exerciss in years to come. God bless you. I am now a proud owner of your book

Ankle pumps is very common likewise with backslide pushing up and down is very convenient specifically when itching occurs at the back and balancing the body is a good.

That's very useful. Now 65 yrs old, i'm having difficulties walking even 200m. Both my legs every secs always feel rather NUMB. Really worried honestly.
Thanks a lot. I think these exercises will help me too. I suffer from iron deficiency which cause too much cramps when running my marathons. I’m even beginning not to enjoy them. Hopefully these will improve that
Hi Will, firstly I'm a huge fan of your channel especially regarding the resistance exercises that you recommend. I've recently been experiencing a huge problem with my right Achilles tendon due to overwalking a couple of months ago. Will doing the ankle exercises in your blood flow video help or is just best to rest the ankle for a while?
These are essential to counter too much sitting. So doing ankle pumps while watching this video. Is it OK to do both legs at the same time? And is doing regular squats without leaning against the wall equally effective?

Yes is walking good for people with bad blood flow as I have bad blood flow.Thank you love your videos you explain it all so simply.
