Pls make sure u give a thick piping of chocolate as if it’s too thin it will break. Make sure u use room temp temperature chocolate Let it set for a good 5 mins I. The freezer or 15 mins in the fridge. Peel of gently
Yes will do But nowadays we get so many good brands of ready made fondant. It’s really so easy to use and practical. Plus it has a good shelf life. Where as the homemade one has a short shelf life.

No u dont have to grease the paper. Yes White chocolate is difficult to melt especially if it becomes a bit old. Do double boiler method. Chop into tiny pieces. And be patient. I will try n do a quick video for u.

you have to wait until it just sets . When I first started making collars I too faced many problems n I made a lot of mess too, but I hope that wen u follow my instructions it will be easy for u.
Mam I tried making chocolate collar with couverture chocolate using ur method but it not dry even after 1 hour.. pls suggest where did I go wrong n what is tempering n how to do
If u r using couverture u need to cool down the chocolate by tempering it till 28 /30 degrees otherwise it will never set. Pls watch some good online videos. Callebaut has excellent tutorials.

You can buy it may get condensation if ur fridge us too cold u can keep it in a cold ac room if possible too. Or apply the collar at the end.

It won't stick as the chocolate has become hard. The chocolate has to b semi set
