Couverture chocolate is somewat complex to use you need proper training . As you need to temper it and you need to work in ac conditions . I would suggest start of with compound and then see how it goes .

But with all the videos i watched from u, the techniques and decoration, i was able to use those chocolate pieces on top of the cake, i aligned those and it come out nice somehow. 👍 im ur super fan Maam. It’s very easy just make layers of sponge n frosting in a jar with crushed praline or chocolate chips in each layer It’s like layering a cake but in a jar Just make sure that the sponge layer is a bit thick Wash and dry the jars very well first.

You must use room temperature chocolate . This is important Try greasing the balloons very very lightly with some oil . For the cigars pls keep watching the video again and again and practise . These are one of the most difficult decorations to do so u need to try and try again and again .

Well when we are working with chocolate the room is quite cold about 18 / 20 degrees
How did you melt chocolate? Did you temper it? Or just melt in microwave? Did you add heavy cream or oil or nothing?
