Maam my trufle sauce after cooling down turns crumbly and leaves fat, what to do...i have nerver got the ganache right

In one video you told ratio of 1cup comp(110gm) with 4tbsp cream in microwave and here , 9tbsp cream and 1cup comp. Which should follow
