The only thing I can't get rid of it is fatty neck hump. .. Please tell me that whether it would work for it ?
Im so excited! I have had schlumpy posture since I was a child. My chiropractor called it "tall and skinny posture problems".. Ive been to sooo many phys therapists and chiros and they've all given me different advice, sheets of exercises that I was unmotivated to stick with and I felt like I would just have permanent forward posture issues. My sisters wedding is in the spring and I decided Id commit until then to try to get my posture semi improved, and after trying a few, I chose this video to do every few days. Well WOW. I've been doing it about 3 times a week for close to a month and my posture is dramatically improved. My resting posture now looks better than my old "stand up straight" posture and I'm just so excited. Even when I used to try to stand up straight, my back had a forward rounded look and I just thought it was part of an unfortunate skeletal structure. Nope, just 30 years of horrendous posture.. But hunch no more! Im stoked about my results in such a short period of time and Im hoping to have my husband start doing it with me to hopefully improve his "tall and skinny posture problems" too! I can definitely feel that this exercise is hitting the right muscles. I have been trying to correct my kyphosis for two or three years. I hope that i've finally found the right exercise to target this problem.
I just love how Claudia smiles throughout the workout, some smiles are very subtle, it's either she's enjoying the workout or likes what coach kozak just said. This is my favorite posture workout and I love watching you both
I am a Muslim senior in fairly good shape but need work on my tummy and hunch back. I really appreciate you dressing decently and not showing so much body parts. Also not having blasting music in the background. God bless:)

Oof its only my first session and i have noticeable mobility in my middle back... ive been having spasms all through my neck ans shoulders for years.. i know its posture relates.. ill update as i continue my HASfit journey to wellness.
this is a great one. i felt stifness i my back, neck, lower back And just bestie going to sleep and suffer i made this workout - and it warmed and released the muscles. no need in therapist ;)

I love your workouts. Thank you so much for sharing so freely. I wondered why you did not do the stretches after the strengthening exercises? Would it not make more sense to warm the muscles through strengthening, then cool down through stretching and release lactic acid build-up?

At first this seemed like an easy workout but those two last exercises were tougher than I expected. I'm gonna keep doing this workout like you suggested and see if I get results. Thank you both!
Coach, I have a question: can working out with a cold do any harm? I caught a cold so I had a bit of a stuffy nose and I coughed a lot. I did a morning jog today and I feel better rather than worse - it even helped me to cleanse my nose and throat. What is your oppinion? P.S. Thanks for all your effort, guys! General rule of thumb is that if your cold is above your neck (stuffy/runny nose, sneezing, minor sore throat) that it's ok to workout. If you're experiencing body aches, fatigue, then it's advised to rest and fully recover. Hope you feel well soon! Cheers from California!
Great workout thank you. I am just reversing the order starting with the strength part after my regular workouts and then finishing up with the stretches.
I'm so happy I found this, already seeing some improvements in my posture and I only started doing the exercises yesterday! I have a question about exercise 2 at around 2mins, when I drag my elbows towards my body, my wrist doesn't touch the floor (but my chin is tucked in and my back is fully touching the floor). Will this resolve over time as I keep doing the exercises or I should change the way I do it right now? Thanks :)
@@minaalgeria5688 aparently it happens to some people! I think it just depends on the way you're built but it's not an issue (don't take my word for it though ) ?
hello kozac and claudia! with that program can i fix my scoliosis? because i opose serious problems when im doing each exercise.My posture is so bad because of scoliosis unfortunately.

I was unable to do pull up correctly but after doing this exercise for only one time i felt so easy to do it with confidence

My favorite excercise in this is the CHIN TUCK because my head does curve forward because of osteoporosis.
