theres a saying that you need to twist the cooler back and forth to relieve the vacuum thats caused by the immense pressure from the cooler to the cpu before lifting the cooler up..
What's more interesting to me is that the 3000G is a really cheap way in, then you could add the dedicated card and even later swap out the 3000G for something gruntier that doesn't have integrated graphics at all, and all on the same mobo. It really makes the CPU a viable option for corner cutting in favour of putting more money into other components that will go with you when you upgrade.
Just a heads up, if you want to avoid ripping pins off of the cpu, twist the cooler a little to loosen the grip and pull off the cooler. Otherwise it'll be very easy to destroy parts. I found out the difficult way.
The 30 dollar difference between the athlon 300g and the 3200g really does make it difficult to settle for the 300g. 30 dollars is not that much money, you can make that much in a couple hours with the right side hustle. let me clarify one thing, it's Ryzen 3200G not Athlon 3200G
Sorry this is not a "gaming" pc. its just a pc. Itd be great for offices or stuff like that. If you can only play 2 or 3 games on it with low settings, then no not a gaming pc sorry.
Dell optiplex builds with an RX or GTX 970 is better 🤷🏽♂️
What program are you using for checking the temperature
MSI afterburner
@@TechByMattB thank you
just got a rx 480 4gb for 65 euros shipped , pretty good deal ?

1080p gaming should be minimum level in 2020
@SpankBuda congratulations, buddy. But we are talking about 2020 standards. That doesnt mean it's illegal to game on a CRT.
who said minimum is 1080p, I am still using 20" monitor and dota2..
@@PunxTV123 I still have an ancient 22 inch 900p monitor. It just won't die.
Tbh in fort tho I never play in epic setting no matter the pc, it's just better to play on low
@Tech By Matt Can this build run vr videos
Is this guy Jimmy Fallon son😂😂

Im pretty surprised he did not show 500$ build in the video xD
“This 300 dollar build just got cheaper”
If I pair this CPU with a GTX 1060 (I have the card) would be a good idea?
No . If you already have a GPU , then don't go for any AMD APU or Intel iGPU .
Instead get the Ryzen 3 1200 , or Ryzen 5 1600 , or Ryzen 5 1400 , or Intel i3 9100F .
Abhishek Roy no, just get 1600 af
@@duelistt2497 . Hi . Have you installed & worked on AF ? How are temps & stability ? Is it available everywhere ? I'm from India & nobody knows when it'll get here . Scarcity is the only reason why I don't prescribe it at random . Plus , rumor has it that AF is defective 2600 as re-badged . If you got hands-on experience , do please let me know .
@@abhroy Ignore that guy. It's almost impossible to find any AF. He probably saw some reviews stating that it's essentially a 2600, but cheaper, but doesn't know that it's impossible to find.
@@xingbairong . Thank YOU . Appreciate your support truly I do :)
Bro when you got 200 frames in r6 I shit my pants
can i use this for light streaming?
If streaming any kind of games, no, and I doubt it can handle just streaming either.
This is a cheap build, if you want something for streaming games you basically need a dedicated GPU - or maybe at the very very least an 3400G if they're not heavy games.
Pair that Athlon with GT 1030
Great content as usual! When are we going to get more used part builds though? :D
Is an APU even worth it?
SteamedBun for people with no income - definitely! Especially with the 40% performance increase with overclocking. It also is an Intel NUC killer in a mini-ITX or Asrock mini PC build.
@@amirpourghoureiyan1637 You can't kill the NUC because schools but them.
@@robertkubrick3738 It was a figure of speech, as an enthusiast - why would I want to rid the market of technology as valuable as NUCs?
@@amirpourghoureiyan1637 I would. Schools used to be a source of last generation equipment that could be repurposed, at bargain prices. A NUC will always be a NUC. Not much you can do to change them.
@@robertkubrick3738 The fact that they don't take up nearly as much room or use as much power as a desktop of any size, is a lot more valuable to people from a monetary point of view and an environmental one as well due to it not contributing as much waste to landfills. NUCs don't use nearly as much metal for their construction as well, a resource that is acquired a lot less ethically than plastics in this day and age.
How does this work for league of legends?
League of Legends will run on a potato at last check. ( th-cam.com/video/sTFuf_RNXms/w-d-xo.html )
Can someone help me if I have a ryzen radeon APU.. how can I pair with a graphics card do i need to mess around bios setting or just plug in graphics card and play???
Just plug in the graphics card . Then install drivers . Then connect your display to the card .
No need to tinker with BIOS .
@@abhroy ok thank you because I have a radeon 3200g and I plan to pair with a rx570 or 80 put I just don't know what If I need to mess around bios or something else thank you for ur help I been looking on TH-cam for these tutorials but they don't have any🤔🤔
@@insomniacx2093 . There is another much better option though . Loan or save money and get the R5 1600 & the RX 580 . Then sell the 3200G & pay the loan back .
Why ? Because pairing any AMD APU or Intel iGPU with a graphic card is a waste of money . Also please install 2 or 4 sticks of RAM , and NEVER install just 1 stick .
Got doubts ? Just ask :)
I have that exact case
I would still prefer second hand r5 1600 with rx 580 and 16gb over this
Luigiu I I have a r5 3400g plus a rx 580 and it runs most games like a dream
"I would still prefer something that costs 5x as much" no shit sherlock, everyone would rather have more money than they do
Wow this CPU Dobeld in price
This PC doesn't have Graphics Card? those are good results without one.
You can save a few bucks by getting a CHEAPER case 😂
I would investing a hardrive
