It’s good for people with digestive issues. Sweet rice is commonly used for making Korean rice cakes. Yes, I always soak my rice before I cook them. You can soak the rice at least for an hour. I made this for my daughter Rachel when she was having some stomach issues. It is soothing and healing. 🙂
