I have a superior recipe for a superior breed, airfryer. Get the real parmesian, like the cheese wedge (trust me it's worth it). Put the asparagus on the airfryer tray, coat them in butter, but use far less butter than this video used. Grate the parmesian, layer it on top of the asparagus then cook it up until you have the texture you desire. Add salt and lots of REAL lemon juice FROM A LEMON after it's done cooking.

I do butter, olive oil, Chardonnay, garlic, and pepper. Sprinkle fresh lemon at the table. It's good with toasted almonds.

I find it so much easier in the oven! Also helps so smaller pieces don't get burnt! I cant stand messing with the oven
