    For last 7years due to my disease i could not eat all dishes prepared with rice for example idli dosa uttapam and chhole chawal Kari chawal rajma chawal now i will be able to eat all these because now i have learnt how it is a substitute of rice thx a lot

Lots of hugs and love to u 💕I started with your diet plan few days back lost 3 kgs, my goal is to reduce 15 kgs more. As I am 15 kgs overweight to my BMI. Mam just need a help can u specify a idel bowl size or ideal portion of every meal.
