I was diagnosed with Pcos and fatty liver plus gall stones and it was so difficult to leave the usual diet and follow a healthier one as I am a big time foodie and snacker. I like that you mentioned that dal is a source of carbs rather than protein. Similarly, paneer is also a source of fat rather than protein. For every 100gm of paneer that you eat, you get more fat than protein. That's not to say fats are bad, just that vegetarians overeat paneer thinking it's protein without balancing out the fat by reducing their carbs. Your mom is doing it well, kudos to her!

And the way she has explained everything in her diet, not even a professional goes so deep to explain everything. I have been seeing her from past 3 videos, my mom is just like her. The trick is to not eat sugar and carbs as breakfast and minimize the intake of unhealthy oil and carbs throughout the day if you don’t burn calories with exercise or other activities. It’s hard to diet with traditional Indian food which is why we get easily obese.
Even my husband was diagnosed with Fatty liver two years back.. I know how tough it is to control your diet and how it feels when you can't have your favourite food items.. I'm so proud and happy to see Aunty's transformation and the fact that she has reversed her grade of fatty liver with healthy diet ❤ Lots of love to you both ❤❤

Yes you can prepare at home but some items like almonds peanuts flaxseeds etc if you grind them more oil will separate so be careful while grinding ❤
