Let's be honest here - this is better than porn, anytime. Everything about his videos is simply flawless and I really don't understand how Troy is only slowly gaining subs. I mean of course the music he is playing is not suited for the masses but yet - when it comes to perfection (difficulty and technically) while still delivering joy to the fullest it is this very drummer. Amazing.
+Lukas T Aside from the fact that he's an amazing drummer let's see what is pulling him back from being famous . - One , he covers what HE wants and not what is ''Popular'' (aside from some cover wich i think was directed to grow his subs) but dont get me wrong this is great for him but not getting him many viewers or subs . - Second , while being really tight and solid he has nothing that makes him stick out from the other drummers (ex: luke holland with his stick flips or alex rudinger with his heavy hitter technique ) i mean something mastered to the point no one can sit and do the same thing . -Third , he's not constant on his upload . -Four , his mixing is good but the drum sounds really dry and he doesn't go that much into video editing and having all sort of crazy effects and POV . -Five , he's not a girl. i know most of you dont care about that stuff and thats why you're his subscribers , i don't think he's trying to be famous or a full time youtuber and thats why he's not. i respect him and his style but do not forget that you need to be an entertainer to be famous .

learned Periphery existed a few days ago, found the song Alpha on the "Up Next" and watched it with curiosity. I had heard "The Way The News Goes" and a few others from a friend, but man, Alpha is so good. you can't stop listening. and to be honest, it's pretty uplifting

I would love to hear more about your stroke, it's so smooth and efficient. I looked back at your older videos from a few years ago, and I can see a difference, but I can't tell what you changed in your technique to get so smooth on the stroke. I'm a drummer for 20 years, and have lost a lot of my strength in my stroke over the past several years. Trying to get back my strength and speed so I'm not straining behind the kit in order to play loud.
3:40-4:00 was an interesting take on that section. You kept it together and like the rest of it, added your own flavor to the bit. Nice job dude, same with your Tesseract covers.
