Chad isn't kidding when he talks about feeling his drum parts. He is one of the most precise drummers I have ever listened to, and his drum parts are deceptively challenging because of all the little things he adds to every groove. I remember struggling to achieve combos on Rock Band 3 playing his parts because I would constantly miss one little note here or there. It wasn't until I finally got into the feel of the songs that I found success. Hope to see "I Will Not Bow" on Drumeo as well.

Chad is one of my all time favorite drummers and I'm heavily influenced by his time with Breaking Benjamin. Even when I was listening to this at 14 yrs old & didn't understand drumming all that well I still somehow knew that Chad was just different. I was just as excited to play along with the DRUMS in this song as I was to scream the verses with Ben. This album built who I am as a songwriter today. Thank you, Chad!

Absolute god tier drummer. His musicality on the drums and everything he incorporates is inspiring. Loved listening to his work on Phobia. The cymbal work on Evil Angel is still one of my favorites to this day

I came here bcoz I saw in FB and have some critics...well they don't understand that drummers have different styles either PRO or MID, as long it fit, balance and timings in the song..just enjoy drumming with Heart

Wow... I'm not a good drummer by any means but the first thing I noticed was how in some parts instead of switching hands for the snare. He reaches way across his right arm to incorporate a crash. It's just amazing to me watching all these different drummers and noticing exactly that. They are all incredibly different in their styles of playing. Even when they're playing the exact same song! Such a awesome thing to watch!

This and "I Will Not Bow" are two of my favorite songs when it comes to the percussion. Both somehow feel really laid back but energetically frenetic at the same time. As a massive Stewart Copeland fan as well, now it makes a lot more sense.
Adam Janzi from Vola sometimes finds that sweet spot for me as well.

Chad has always been my fav drummer of all time, and when I have felt little inspiration to keep playing drums, I look up one of his songs or one of his videos breaking downing one of the BB songs and I get the desire to start becoming a student of drums again. I am no where near as good as him, and I never will, but his playing always gets me so giddy!

Chad plays incredibly effortlessly. He plays both dynamically and technical. His style is very evident when listening to BB's older tracks.
