On 2010 I've hired Riccardo for a Metal contest in Italy with my band because our drummer left for another band 3 days before the contest. In 2 days he learned 5 songs, 5 extremely fast and hard songs and we played live without any rehearsal, we had a good time together, he is a very humble and friendly guy, amazing to see him on Drumeo!!! Davide from Tabiant
In Brazil we have guys like that too. Bruno Valverde (Angra's drummer) replaced Eloy (Slipknot's drummer and ex-Sepultura's drummer) on tour because Eloy broke his leg. Bruno had 2 days to learn 15 Sepultura songs on that time.

Great performance. And you know it wasn't edited because he actually missed stuff and had to catch up. He'd have passed live, so this counts as a win in my book.
Right. I get it that everyone is calling him out for editing his videos (which they should), but that also should not get in the way that he can legitimately play. This play through was not edited at all and he is playing very well and tight the majority of the time. For learning this song on the spot like that, honestly very impressive imo.

I love the parts in his videos where he stops hitting the snare with the sticks then uses his telekinesis to add multiple shots afterwards. It truly is spectacular. Never seen another drummer use that technique.
Oh good grief. If was like one spilt second moment of one single video. Could have been an audio/video recording glitch for anyone knows. It's really not that deep.
@@nonyabusiness6084 It literally was not a recording glitch. The audio for a blast beat continued playing even after he pulled his stick away from the snare. He sample replaced the audio. Seriously listen to that song and give it to someone please :D I guarantee you that with the part at 3:25 of that song you will be floored.
This song played on my playlist last week when I was taking my 6 year old daughter to daycare. I didn’t realize she was paying attention and she absolutely loves it lol I need to get a video of her singing the chorus. Now she makes me play it at least once every time we go anywhere
This reminds me, any chance you guys could get a hold of the Japanese drummer Junna along with maybe Yoyoka? I think Yoyoka and her family moved to the US a couple of years ago now (maybe just one?) and are in Cali now so coordinating something with her maybe easier than Junna who just joined a new band recently.
