I had a work friend years ago who loved restoring these little cars.
Chester Mckaige was his name and he also wrote a book about these .

My dad had a couple o f vans in the early 70s..going for a day out to Fleetwood was a big journey then and it was only 50 miles from home!..a long day but good memories.

that man is Laura Ridgewell's uncle. I work with Laura, and she never told us that she had such a famous uncle with his fabulous collection of Morris Minors. Philip is an absolute legend.
