Collecting a 54 split screen convertible from durham with Simon Machin of SJM Morris Minors from Chesterfield that had been under a cover on someones yard for 20 plus years

How come it has an 'A' reg plate on it? That is a 1963 plate?

Think it's had its registration changed, probably sold the plate and had this put on by dvla
