I am so thank ful to you, I have started this workout along with other yoga asanas since 15 days regularly. Today I am on day 2 of normal period. Also one good thing about this workout is,.. Once I started the exercise, I am doing it consistently. I don't feel like giving up because these workouts are simple but effective.

I've had PCOS for 5 years. My previous gynecologist said it was normal for 4 years. I only got my period 3 times a year and thought it was normal. Now, a new gynecologist put me on birth control for 4 months. I get a lot of intestinal gas as a side effect, but I feel that this workout out makes me feel relieved for the whole day, especially at night. When I skip a day of workout, I have a terrible day. thankss

Wow so organized . So relaxing and slow like you enjoyed doing every single step . So simple but you sweat more and more . This is what I like not so fast and I like standing exercise first then the mat exercise and the stretching. Good for low impact specially for overweight like me . I have tried a millions workouts for PCOS including pilates and hot yoga , this is the first one i found that doesnt absolutely kill u and is so effective at the same time .
