      Oh! The shorter version would of been a better start for me. I wasn't able to do the whole 45 mins here. I loved the gradual combinations of steps and music though. Thank you 🙂

    I was in Covid-19 preventive quarantine for two weeks in a hotel in Singapore. Couldn't leave my room for a full two weeks. I had a step delivered to me and did this class 14 days in a row. It helped me stay sane locked up and it took me back to many years ago when I would do lots of aerobic classes. I am back at it. Thanks Karla!

    I haven't done step in so many years and I was able to follow you easily. I got winded so don't worry that it was too easy. I'm just terribly out of shape. COVID has added too many kilos to admit so I need to get stepping again. I like how you ease us into the routine and I love that your camera does not switch angles like so many other videos do. Also, it's clear that you pay attention to the beat. I am a music person and when a step instructor doesn't stick to the 8-16-32 count pattern, it drives me up the wall. So well done! Thank you!

    GREAT NEWS! I found the song. The music had better quality and you were able to pause the cueing during a few 7-10 second intervals. I slowed down the tempo of the video because most of the songs that I found earlier ago had a tempo around 125-127bpm. At a few tries, "Music ID" found each result that had different tracks. Some songs like "Geezer" by Soul Conspiracy, "Backlash" by Wehbba, "Baija" by Kriss, "Nights I don't sleep" by Baija, and so on. Finally, Music ID was able to identify that 5th song during my, approximately, 100th try. It's called:
    These Sounds (Justin Steel Remix) - Moonface
    Now I have all of the tracks and am ready to craft them into a Logic Pro X mix. Thanks again for providing the deep house tracks. :D

    This was a good one! First workout with you. Intense just as described for serious calorie burn but no complicated steps. I skipped the spins and did hop ups instead. Plus music kicked a$$! When I went clubbing just the kind of music l inked dancing to so made this workout fly by. You are cute, especially when you messed up! 😊

    Awesome step workout! Btw, were you able to shazam or use sound hound to identify the 5th track of this music mix? It had words like "please don't." I love when you say "Please don't be lazy" because it can tell us that we are here to get steppin. I would love to use that song for group fitness classes.     Love love loooooooove your videos. However, the sound! It's so hard for me to get and stay motivated when the music is so low and the quality is so bad.       Oh my gosh well thanks for being so real!! I just got a mic, well amazon says it's delivered. I don't know why it was such bad quality back then because the mic was decent-- I think it was part user error, part high ceilings. Thanks for contributing!

      Ms W Hi there- sorry it took so long. This bench is actually made by Les Mills. We don’t endorse them or anything they are just the only benches we have right atm. It looks different but just like the regular Reebok benches on Amazon.

      Regina Vidaver I know lol. I titled it basic- most people in the world are basic or can’t even coordinate to do this very workout if you think about it. Coordination is a very interesting ability that everyone doesn’t have automatically. I like advanced step too!!     This is hard to follow as a beginner. One of you should do the basic while the other does the advanced. Even though you're giving option, it's hard to follow exactly what I'm supposed to be doing.
