      yeah its pretty wild he looks so natural in the ring, but he can't even make eye contact in an interview. He's a beast though. he will get used to it over time.

      Lots of Introverts can talk on a mic or hold a meeting in front of many people. But talking directly to someone is where they might get intimidated or self-conscious

      And you can see that Bron has put in a lot of work to separate "Promo" from "Convo." If you watch him during the interview, as many people have pointed out, he doesn't really make eye contact with Chris. BUT, when he issues that "challenge" to The Undertaker, his head immediately snaps up and he looks right at the camera. At that moment, he went into "Promo" mode. It's quite impressive, really.

      There's nothing personal about a promo or public speaking your not talking directly to anyone no one is talking back if they are your already comfortable with them, one on one is like a direct attack your running a list of things you hope don't get asked and another for answers that would most likely get askes

    Dude seems so humble, reserved and almost shy - it's actually quite lovely seeing and it's why Wrestlers are so relateable. They put on a brave face and do some crazy ass shit for us but they're all just normal people at the core of it.

    As someone with super anxiety in public forums, I could easily pick out how anxious and nervous Bron too is in this interview. Dude still manages to give coherent and thoughtful answers throughout and even pitching in a money fight against Taker. Signs of great things to come! Congrats Bron, you're doing amazing!

    He reminds me of Michael Jackson. You get this shy-esq somewhat soft spoken demeanor in interviews, but when the lights come on and they hit that stage it's a complete 180 in personality and a high level of intensity is activated.

    I remember when Batista was this shy when he first started doing interviews as a face, and he was much older then than Bron is now, so Bron has plenty of time to get comfortable.

      Yes I totally agree. I think he will adjust slowly but surely, the guy has a lot of potential though those Steiners are tough and he's proving it in the ring. It is surprising that he's not as intense as his Uncle and Father lol but it's cool he's just being himself.

    This man, Bron Breakker, is the undisputed future of WWE. He’s still kinda green so they need to build him up well with the IC title so he’ll learn before he becomes World Champion. And it’s very impressive that he chose not to use the Steiner name because he wants to build his own legacy apart from his family name. CVV should get a lot of credit too because his interviews are always respectful and he allows his guests to talk without cutting them off or over talking them.

      @@mc-sp8zr there was too much comedy in that segment with Austin/Booker to do that with Fatu/Breakker. They could, however, show one of the men training and have the other attack and start a huge brawl. Imagine seeing both men throwing each other through walls or tearing stuff up to use as weapons. This would work especially well once WWE is on Netflix because it could be uncensored and edgy.

    Back in the day in the NWA, Rick and Scott were the strongest guys, besides Lex. Miss the pure entertainment that was part of growing up knowing that these beasts were not killing each other. Its like watching the best of fighting with the best of acting. As a kid i thought they were enemies, but for the most part, these showmen were friends and like brothers. ❤

Even in the ring on the mic, he’s serviceable but not great. But everything else in the ring, he’s an elite talent. Heyman as a mouthpiece would plug that one hole in his game until he grows more comfortable. And let’s be honest the Stenier Bros strong suit certainly weren’t their mic skills. Intense yes. Coherent and comprehensible? Eeehh.

    Okay, I've seen wrestlers fairly shy before, but I've never seen anyone *this* shy before.
    The dude has been doing so great, he ALREADY has the IC Title, and he hasn't even had time to get used to interviews yet.
    This dude's career is gonna be insane.

    Whilst he does seem a bit shy in this interview, you can tell he really thinks about what he wants to say and doesn’t rush into trying to answer a question. That will do great things for him in the future when in situations with the faces of the company and being seen as one of the big guys, the next big thing as Paul Heyman would say.

    Ropes will always be different tensions etc. And running them is harder than you'd think. It's part of the reason Stone Cold Steve Austin got hired in the first place to WWF because he was a mechanic, knew how to hit the ropes hard and carry a match. Underrated part of the job really, most people hit the ropes softer nowadays.
