It's not AY 8910. It's the Ricoh 2A03 sound chip with the Sunsoft mapper. Well, unless you made the AY sound like that, but it'd be very difficult.
The Sunsoft 5B's sound generator is an implementation of the AY-3-8910, which is used in conjunction with the 2A03 :-)

@@鮮肉魚 Not exactly. 5B has Yamaha YM2149F wich is compatable by commands with AY-3 but has richer sound, thx to internal interpolation.

Japanese gimmicks have extended sound sources.
@@tasuren The video has some added reverb. I don't know how to explain it but the actual tracks don't have that. I've found that a lot of uploads of 8bit music on youtube have reverb added in, I guess to make it sound more "modern"?
