Whenever I think back to the music from Kirby's Adventure, all I can think is how advanced it sounds. It's notably 8-bit, but the compositions/layering and tempo of the music sounds like NOTHING else on the NES. You could put any of this music to a modern Kirby game and it wouldn't even feel the slightest bit out of place.
Also Grassy Bluff, Butter Building, Starry Sky, NGGH the memories.

冬の日に氷のステージに行ってこのBGMを楽しんだなあ
初めてやったカービィが夢の泉だったな 多彩なコピー能力、小学生の自分には難解だったが工夫されたギミック、思わず没入してしまう世界観、今でも自分の中では最高な作品です

一つの音色の再生速度をめっちゃ速くして（＝波長をめっちゃ短くして）擬似的に音色を増やせるってファミコン音源に詳しい方のチャンネルで見た記憶があります。そういうテクを使っているかどうか私にはワカラナイですけど。

and yet no one seems to realise this is a channel dedicated to remastering these old tracks,
compare this to any other uploads of kirby's adventure out there, you'll notice a difference,
either way, this does so much justice to the original tracks, I love it so much, the compositions have always been really strong and anyone can see why they return in later games, its so good
imo the in-game music still sounds super advanced for the NES
yea! do you know if there are any download links for grad1u5's remasters? they're so good, and i haven't been able to find any other mixes that compare (either they're not accurate or they're just straight up unmodified)

it has been a year. I have become more familiar with chiptune and have honed my skills as a chiptune artist.
I realise now that all that this channel has done has made the dpcm envelope louder and hardpanned the pulse wave channels .

God, I can listen to this music for the first time in nearly 2 decades, and I STILL have all the same thoughts that I did as a child when I'd play this game. I wish I could be a kid again.

Top-notch late entry into the NES library. One of the smoothest, best looking, best playing, best sounding games on the legendary grey box! 1993 was fairly good for the NES.
前マップのボスをクリアして新しいレベルのマップに最初に入ってきたときだけは、通常のマップBGMではなくそのマップのステージ1のBGMが流れるんだけど、そのイントロ部分に合わせてショートコントムービー(だいたいカービィがひどい目に遭う)が流れるのホント好きだった
It's pretty amazing that, despite using the same hardware as earlier NES games (that is, all the same limitations and capabilities), this game was able to bring the sonic pallet so much further. Even compared to the great music in early NES games such as The Legend of Zelda, there's so much more complexity and nuance. I think it's because the makers of video games began to spend more money/time on music.
Nightmare in Dreamland was my first and only Kirby game. Realizing that it’s a remake of this game and hearing all of the songs I know but in NES style is pretty trippy.
I hope whoever composed these is still getting royalties. Absolute masterpieces.

I played the gameboy remake (Nightmare in Dreamland) and loved it. I honestly didn't know it was a remake for the longest time. Hearing this is so surreal. It tricks me into thinking they are 8bit remixes rather than the original games soundtrack.

There is no other ending boss battle song from an 80s or 90s console that got your adrenaline up like that one. It's basically drum and bass for the NES. A beast of a tune, that one is.
