Why do some children prefer white foods | child eats plain rice and roti | Picky eating reversal

Hello Riddhi … I recently did course with u … since last week around 16 months my baby is demanding same as u mentioned white rice plain roti. I don’t fall for his tantrums. But he doesn’t eat. How do I reverse his picky eating now

Hey! Mix very little dal & offer. He might still reject which is why pair another filling food with the meal. But don’t offer plain rice .. all the best!
