- Today I'm showing how simple and easy it is to install the Pedal Commander in your 2016 Ram 1500 it just takes 5 to 10 mins.
Please follow the directions and you will have no issues.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for making this video. I followed your steps to the tee and I just installed my pedal commander on my 2017 Ram 1500. Your advice is fool proof as I am not mechanically inclined and I was still able to do it lol. Thanks again

I got one of these and I think its throwing codes.

wow that sounds really good ive been thinking about buying it but i havent heard much about it and i would like to see videos of it in action on a ram 1500
christian menjivar the best way to see is to get it and test it if you don't like it you can always return it for your money back I was curious at first then I bought it and I love it. remember follow the directions.

Should I take it off when I get the truck serviced?
yes its a bypass module which on newer vehicles they could void your warranty if seen so to be on the safe side i would take it out before service.
I already have a custom 93 tune. I guess it would t make sense to purchase this too? Or would it.
Gray Thunder that's up to you man I'm running 87 tune with this and it works fine burns the tires off lol couldn't imagine your tune with this haha.
So did you disconnect the plug by pulling up on it, or did you press on it

I am going to install a Pedal Commander in my Dodge Challenger. I tried to remove the connector but did not want to force it. You mentioned above that you had to press in and pull up just like a 'buld'. Not sure what buld is. So what would be the best way to remove the plug?
Yes on my Ram it has like a bush button I call it really not a button push and pulp came right out. Follow my instructions to a T and you will be fine
Notice on one of the connector ends it has like a spot for it to lock like a headlight would that's where you press to release to remove plug.

christian menjivar to me yes I barely put my foot on the Pedal on mode 3 plus 4 and it hauls like no other.

I bought a pedal commander too, but how can you let your interior get that dirty. I am a tradesman, and I invested in a stihl gas leaf blower that I use to blast out the interior once a month. Looks like new and better results than a vacuum. Put those floor mats on the ground and blast em, you would be shocked the dirt that comes out that a vacuum just cant get to. Clean your TRUCK man. Its a nice 2016, and nothing makes ya feel better than a showroom clean truck when you show up to the jobsite or the farm.
Matt Wright I used to live down a 5 mile dirt road now I moved and I clean my trucl out once a week and wash it atleast 2 times a week believe me man I like my truck clean I just made this video to show how to install the Pedal Commander it shouldn't matter what my truck looks like lmao thanks for the comment tho.
