After watching your video, i understood that i was doing negligible amount of Cardio, hence my results are coming in a slow speed.
Protein : Carbs : Fat = 50% : 30% : 20% 1gm Carbs = 4 Calorie 1gm Protein = 4 Calorie 1gm Fat = 9 Calorie So, Lets calculate for 2,000 calories Protein = 1000/4= 250gm Carbs = 600/4= 150gm Fat = 400/9= 44.45 gm is that above calculation right ? 50% mean that 50% calories must be taken from protein ? if it is wrong....can u please suggest me right calculation....plsss comment on this sir bcoz this point has not been cleared in video 🙏 please sir reply jaroor kar dijiyega thank you 🙏
100% right hai bro. Just edit them according to your goal, this was only for regular diet but if you want increase size of your muscle You need 500 extra calorie for 7 days to increase 500gm of raw flesh in your body. and vice versa. Just edit them in this way

There’s some confusion here. BMR and maintenance calories are two different things. Maintenance calories are BMR+activity level😊. Btw very informative video. Big fan💪🏻
